REWRITEABLE - TERMS OF USE

By accessing or using ReWriteAble (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

You must be: • At least 10 years old, or • Have verified consent from a parent, guardian, or authorised school administrator. ReWriteAble is designed for students, educators, and adults with literacy support needs.

You agree to: • Use ReWriteAble lawfully and respectfully • Not upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' intellectual property • Not attempt to bypass security or copy the app's functionality • Accept responsibility for how you use AI-generated content Prohibited Technical Actions: • No Reverse Engineering: You must not decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer any part of the app, backend systems, or AI processes. • No AI Scraping: You must not use bots, crawlers, or automated tools to extract, copy, or collect data, AI outputs, or proprietary content. Misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

ReWriteAble offers free and paid plans managed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise charges to your nominated payment method. • Annual plans: refundable within 14 days if minimally used. • Monthly plans: non-refundable but cancellable anytime. All prices are in AUD and include GST.

We may suspend or terminate access if: • You breach these Terms • Payments fail or remain outstanding • You engage in misuse, fraud, or academic dishonesty Refunds are not required for terminated accounts.

All content, AI systems, and designs are owned by AP DAYA Group Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of ReWriteAble without written consent.

To the extent permitted by law: • We make no guarantees on AI content accuracy. • AP DAYA Group Pty Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss. • Our total liability is limited to the total fees paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You agree to attempt informal dispute resolution before legal action.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
